As the Group Travel Manager & Event Specialist for my agency, I know how to coordinate and plan events for groups ranging from 16 to over 1,000 guests. Group Travel is my passion! In addition to my position at my travel agency, I am also pursuing my BA degree in Hospitality and Event Management to further expand my knowledge and expertise. Generally, I curate itineraries for private groups ranging from 4-16 travelers who know each other or share a common special interest. Learning as much as possible about your individual group members, their travel interests and special needs is the vital first step to ensure a successful travel experience - one that everyone will enjoy and would want travel together again in the future.

I have been booking group travel all over the world for almost 30 years, with groups ranging in size from 30 to 100 people. When we get together, we will discuss the purpose of your group travel -i.e. family vacation, destination wedding, meetings/incentive/corporate group, etc. Then we'll discuss how many in your group (if families - ages of family members), preferred destination and itinerary, budget, time frame, and any special needs of your group, if applicable. My goal is to handle everything so that you - as the group leader - can sit back and enjoy the camaraderie of your group and let me, my staff and colleagues handle all the arrangements to ensure a seamless itinerary.

My specialties in the travel industry include the destination of Alaska and the special interest of Group Travel. First... Alaska! As an Alaska Certified Specialist with many Alaska-based Destination Management Companies (DMC) and Visitor's Bureaus, I spend multiple weeks traveling throughout this Great Land to meet with suppliers, conduct guided group tours, and host LIVE pre-trip classes on Zoom for my travelers.
