Aruba has been special to me since the beginning of my “Pandemic Pivot” to the travel industry when I participated in a webinar by the Aruba Tourism Authority. I was captivated and the presentation generated my enthusiasm and interest to learn more about this welcoming and beautiful island destination. Since then, I’ve made multiple visits, and have personally toured and enjoyed much of the island – the beautiful beaches, taken excursions, toured sites, enjoyed the local cuisine, and especially the local charm and friendly people.

My last exciting visit to Aruba was with my family. We rented a car, drove all over the island; and visited local sites including the Donkey Rescue and Baby Beach on the opposite side of the island from where we were staying. We took a jeep tour through the desert and stopped and explored sites along the way and then enjoyed a sunset cruise. We dined at popular spot on the Eagle Beach and we rented equipment for water sport rides on Palm Beach. What an incredible time we had!

My most recent visit to Aruba was with my family. During our weeklong stay, we experienced some amazing sightseeing trips, travelled all around the island to shop, and enjoyed many delightful outings at local restaurants. Having been in the travel industry for almost 30 years, Aruba was the first destination I visited as a new travel consultant, and now as an Aruba Certified Expert, I have extensive knowledge of this incredible island.
