My interest and enthusiasm for the hospitality and travel industry stemmed from my upbringing in a family who loved to cook and to dine out. After many years in management working at luxury properties in the restaurant/hospitality industry, I segued into the travel industry and brought that experience and expertise, as well as my knowledge of and love for, all things food and wine with me. Now, I look forward to planning your culinary/wine excursion.

My interests are varied, and I'm just as comfortable at a food truck in Chiusi, Italy, with a porchetta sandwich in hand, as I was at Cape Town's Test Kitchen looking forward to an eight-course tasting - complete with wine pairings. I so look forward to sharing my expertise, enthusiasm and experiences to craft your culinary and wine itinerary. I understand that the definition of foodie, fine dining and authentic can be different from one person to another. As such, I know that when planning a food & wine itinerary - no one size fits all.
