We have already tentatively booked a cruise with Pat for Dec 2020. Pat is knowledgeable, reliable and always available. We had to meet at her home around 8 am to iron out some confusion related to Covid testing. She was able to make this work so that we could meet travel deadlines.
I would not consider any other agent other than her. A plus job.

Pat did a terrific job arranging the Ireland leg of our UK tour. Pat pre-booked tours, car rentals and hotels for us that made it easy on us as we had never been to Ireland or the UK before.
