I've been traveling here for twenty years and with each return visit, I learn, explore and become more thoroughly immersed in the culture - making each visit a truly unique experience.
I carefully listen to you to understand what you want to see and do, what will make this vacation your best ever, and what special experiences will create that definition of a perfect vacation. From arranging a private dining experience at a local family's home to arranging a personal shopping experience at the house of Chanel, I can make it happen. I can also enhance your French experience with a special rail, barge, bicycle or river excursion. Or maybe you prefer to travel the countryside with a private car and driver. My total focus is you and what you want your French experience to be. I love what I do and I want to share my passion with you. I had problems from the beginning with this booking process. One member of our group was left off the reservation. I had to make several calls to get it corrected. We originally requested two staterooms, which I didn’t realize until it was to late that we didn’t have. As an agent that is familiar with staterooms, should have caught it, knowing that 4 adults with luggage could not fit in one small stateroom and brought to our attention. Once it was discovered Leatta was supposed to check into getting us an additional room, I never heard back from her. We were able to arrange for an additional room once we boarded our ship.

I made several calls and left several messages that were never returned. Other calls took more than a week to be returned. Trying to make consistent payments was extremely difficult because of this.

Details of our original trip was found out from conducting our own internet search such as needing a Visa to visit Cuba that would have been an additional cost . This was not revealed to us until we found out about it several months later after we booked. I feel the agent should have told us about it. The information could have been instrumental in our destination decision.

This was the second time we have used Leatta. The first time was a very different experience a much better one. I also work in customer service and know the importance of consistency and reliability . I also know that everyone can get busy and have an off season, however I also believe that letting someone else service clients if one does not have the time to give them the proper attention that is needed.
