As a lifelong traveler, I have found only a few places in the world where I've felt truly at home. Jamaica is #1 on that short list! With 28 visits under my belt - in the last 30+years - and still counting, I am continually amazed at the variety of things to see and do on this, the third largest island in the Caribbean. I never tire of the landscape, the food, the variety of accommodations, the fascinating history and culture, and - most of all - the people who will welcome you with open arms every time you visit.

The locals consider me a Jamerican due to my numerous visits to their country, and I am proud to say that I feel Jamerican, too! When you and I talk, we'll discuss your interests, accommodation needs, and what all there is to see and do - including exploring Jamaica's bioluminescent lagoon - one of the few such sites in the world. Next, we'll talk about Nine Mile, the home of Bob Marley, where a private guide is recommended because of the roads. And, while climbing Dunn's River Falls in Ocho Rios is generally considered a must do attraction, the YS Falls on the island's west side are just as lovely, not as crowded, and a bit easier to climb.

Plus, you may want to visit the Appleton Rum Distillery, take a drive down Bamboo Alley, and of course, enjoy a pontoon boat on the Black River to search for crocodiles (one of which actually graces Jamaica's Coat of Arms!).
