Japan has been my life-long passion from an early age. The seed was planted in 1978, when I visited Japan for two weeks with my dad as an elementary school student. When I entered college in 1988, I took Japanese and changed my major to Asian Studies specializing in Japan. From that day forward, Japan, and all things Japanese, became an integral part of my professional and personal life including a master's degree in Japanese Studies. As your Japan Expert to say that I know Japan... is truly an understatement. From serving as a bilingual port lecturer/destination specialist on Japan for a popular cruise line, to establishing a branch office of my travel company in Japan, I have acquired extensive knowledge and experience about this country, its culture and lifestyle.

Now, I want to share my passion with you. I can spare you from making common mistakes and use my Japanese language skills to access information and assistance for my clients that others cannot.
