Mr. Postal planned my family's trip to Italy. I have never been to Italy before so I needed some help to plan, especially because we are traveling with little kids. We went to Rome and the Amalfi coast and it was the most amazing trip. Mr. Postal planned every detail so I didn't have to worry about a thing. We had a driver pick us up from the airport, we had our own tour guides, the hotels was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better trip and I wouldn't have changed a single thing. I can't wait for our next trip.

This was the first time I had worked with Ed, and he planned the trip of a lifetime for my mother and I. We spent 3.5 weeks in Paris, Barcelona and Italy -- the hotels he selected were top notch, as were the tour guides, drivers, dining recommendations and activity suggestions. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise on the area(s) we visited as he was able to share lesser known, must see experiences with us. We are already talking about working with him next year to plan a trip to Germany, as we know it will be a fantastic experience with top notch customer service, yet again. Thank YOU, Ed!

Thank you Betsy. What a great write up about Ed. Thank you for introducing us to him. Ed has been top rate for us. Even when we had to cancel our trip to Africa, because our son was having open heart surgery, Ed was right there to help us with all the documentation that we needed for the insurance to get a refund. I know that he did not get any fees for doing this, but did it as part of his courteous service. That really left such a favorable impression. My favorite memory is when we took the Greek cruise after your beautiful wedding, and Ed booked a hotel for us to stay at the night before the cruise. It was a beautiful, suite and when the bell man pulled the drapes apart, We saw the acropolis all lit up, and in it‘s shining glory. Thank you for introducing us to him. He’s been beyond wonderful.

Ed was excellent, kind and very knowledgeable. He responded to all My questions, some probably seen as a tad crazy, lol! The team in Italy Barb and Stephanie were as well incredible. I was pleased with everything and everyone. I am going back to Drew in a few weeks, I hope I get a chance to tell her how great you all were.

Our trip to the coast of Italy was made easy by Ed and had surprising additions that we had not considered. A favorite activity and city to visit was a cooking class where we learned to make pasta and tiramisu in Sorrento, a wonderful town. Enough flexible time was built into the schedule to visit gardens, museums, hiking trails, and excursions beyond the logistics and special programming such as a tour of Pompei.
