River cruising can be enjoyed on waterways in many enticing destinations throughout the world! Having sailed on more than 30 river cruises, I will share my personal experiences to paint you a picture of each river itinerary and what sets one apart from another. Next, and closer to home, we'll explore California. Although Santa Ana is my home town, I truly consider the entire state of California as my home. Let me share with you just a sample of all the fun excursions I can craft for you. From Northern California and San Francisco, we can hike, enjoy the bay, wine tastings, museums and zoos. Down the coast from Monterrey, Carmel and Big Sur - more hiking, beautiful beaches, and of course great dining. Heading further south down the coast, look forward to Santa Barbara (history and the Mission), Los Angeles (Beverly Hills, beaches, shopping, museums, sports, and of course dining), Orange County (Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, more beautiful beaches), and onto San Diego with more stunning beaches, museums, the bay, sports, San Diego Zoo, and craft beer. Next, let's head east into the desert - Palm Springs area - for great golf. And, finally...up the mountains to enjoy the beautiful, relaxing lakes in the summer; skiing in the winter.
