I am passionate about Space, Astronomy, and Active/Adventure Travel. My enthusiasm for adventure - is truly out of this world! And I'd like to take you “there” with me! I've worked at the Kennedy Space Center, volunteered with NASA in their outreach program, and served as a Docent at the Space Force Space and Missile Museum. Additionally, I was an Accredited Space Agent (ASA) with Virgin Galactic. I have also booked excursions to the NASA Centers and Dark Sky destinations around the United States. What’s most exciting to share with you… is my training with one of our Signature Travel Network’s preferred vendors: Space Perspectives. You and 7 other passengers can look forward to this new – and truly spectacular adventure – as you ride to the “Edge of Space” in a specifically-designed Space Balloon. You will be carried in a pressurized capsule - accented with amazing 360-degree views from 100,000 feet (in our Stratosphere.) You will travel at the gentle speed of 12mph for this amazing 6-hour journey, where you can eat, drink, walk around, and take in incredible views. Onboard restroom facilities provided. Plus, you’ll have WiFi, too! How exciting that you can share your live experiences with those back on Earth!

Back down to earth... I've been so fortunate to have witnessed a total solar eclipse while cruising in Australia; a partial eclipse on a Great Wall of China Tour; a partial eclipse in 2017 at the Kennedy Space Center, and most recently, I was so excited to have witnessed the “totality” of the incredibly-amazing 2024 Total Solar Eclipse from the state of Ohio – together with four generations of my family! Yet, THE most exciting travel adventure to share with you is my recent 10-day cruise aboard Silversea Cruises’ expedition ship to Antarctica… and the opportunity to explore my 7th continent!

Look forward to witnessing truly surreal and stunning scenery – in this black, white, and gray-colored destination. Accented with penguins (especially the Adélie penguin found only in Antarctica waters), seals – including the leopard seal, whales – especially the magnificent humpback, and over 40 species of birds that all share this beautiful continent and landscape accented with snow-capped mountains, moving glaciers, crystal clear waters dotted with ice floes, and uniquely-shaped, picture-perfect icebergs. How exciting to look forward each day to seeing the gorgeous blues of “million-year” ice accented with a continuously-changing landscape!
